The good news is that at least some of the radicals plotting to block roads are facing consequences. The bad news is that it’s happening in the UK, not in America, where there are still light gentle slaps on wrists being dispensed by leftists to their fellow leftists who block roads, vandalize museums, and terrorize people.
JUST Stop Oil mastermind Roger Hallam and four others have received a total of 21 years behind bars after The Sun exposed their plot to block motorways.
The Sun exposed the group’s plans to police after going undercover on a Zoom call to discuss the plot.
The group caused more than 50,000 hours of vehicle delay – affecting more than 700,000 vehicles – and left the M25 “compromised” for more than 120 hours.
They were jailed for a total of 21 years today after the November 2022 carnage cost British taxpayers £1.1million.
Ringleader Hallam was jailed for five years, while the remaining four protesters were each handed four years’ imprisonment, thanks to The Sun.
On the call, Extinction Rebellion co-founder Hallam said they intended to cause “the biggest disruption in British modern history”.
Remanding the defendants to prison last week after their guilty verdicts, Judge Hehir told them: “You are going to prison for a very long time.”
Good. Now it needs to happen in America where the funding behind Just Stop Oil is coming from.
Front Page Investigates revealed their funding some time ago and helped cut off the funds to some of the ecoterrorist groups. But the IRS continues allowing these eco-terrorists to benefit from ‘charities’.
The Climate Emergency Fund is a 501(c)(3) backed by, among others, Aileen Getty, a Getty Oil heiress, Rory Kennedy, the daughter of the deceased senator, and leftist director Adam McKay.
The Biden administration and the IRS could easily put a stop to this if they choose to. The violations are blatant and pulling the Climate Emergency Fund’s nonprofit status is as straightforward as it gets. The tax code and precedent make it abundantly clear that illegal activities and protests are incompatible with tax-exempt status for charities.
The Fund has lied to the IRS by falsely claiming in its 990s that it “supports only nonviolent, legal activities”. Even the briefest glance at its grantees and partners, and its own rhetoric, makes it clear that it supports organizations engaged in illegal activities.
The Biden administration and the IRS are complicit in everything Just Stop Oil does around the world.

Just stop oil.
What imbeciles. What would the world do without oil? ride bicycles and horses? Give up all plastic? I’m drinking out of a plastic Gatorlyte Zero bottle right now, whatever that is. “Zero sugar electrolyte beverage” it says on the label. An electrolyte is a medium with electrically conducted ions, which doesn’t sound very appetizing.
Those idiots were sitting in a street. Streets are for cars and sidewalks are for people. I hope whichever prison those lefties are confined in has plenty of those islamopthecines they claim to love more than Christians, Jews and other normal people, and get a taste of halal straight up their butts.

Knowing how UK prisoners are generally released early, they got off with just a slap on the wrist 🙂
Billy Corr says
Well-behaved prisoners in the UK usually serve exactly half their sentences before release.
For prison conditions, I refer you to Jeffrey Archer’s three books – Hell (in Belmarsh), Purgatory in an
intermediate prison and then Heaven in North Sea Camp.
He served two years, half of a four-year sentence, for “conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.”
Jeff Bargholz says
Yes, my thoughts exactly. People have to commit murder in England just to spend more than one day in jail, especially the islamopithecines.
And I can tell you from personal experience that jail SUCKS.
mike says
Yes. In Europe early release is given out like candy. Especially for something like this. They didn’t kill someone, they just blocked roads, so as long as they do some prison time I guess.

Interesting to note, from the attached photo, the “activists” are wearing vests made from petrochemicals. Several are wearing synthetic sneakers and backpacks. It also appears they arrived in a van, powered by. . . get this petroleum!
Hypocrites all.
Mike Larkin says
Back in the ’00’s I managed to get a rabid watermelon to remove every article on him that was produced using hydrocarbons.
When he got himself fully naked in the pub, watched with amusement by the staff, we were both ejected.
I got banned for a day, he got banned for life for arrant stupidity.
Cassandra says
Someone should have siphoned the petrol out of the vehicle tank and left them there…
MuggsSpongedice says
these imbeciles are wearing clothes made from petroleum, their banners certainly made from petroleum, they got to that location by vehicles made and powered by petroleum. They are off the grid alright, the grid of logic, common sense, ethics, morals and standards and they’re off the grid of sanity.
Spurwing Plover says
At least their doing something about these Just Stop Oil idiots now how about lighting up his cell with Candles and lets se how he can handle it
Billy Corr says
Here are a few pages of Part One of Archer’s prison diaries

See what happens in the UK if you are white and not muslim?
Coud there be a message here?
Please tell me that the rioting (as per usual) by muslims in Leeds did less damage than 1.1 million pds or that the “celebration” (of power) in London recently was also not disruptive.
looks like the 3 tiers of justice are blatantly apparent in the UK”
1) the Untouchables; the privileged elite who can do no wrong;
2) the Protected, muslims and blacks, who can apparently escape sanction for anything not murderously blatant,
3) the Rest: the UK deplorables who will die if they place a bacon sandwich on a mosque .door.

Seems kind of like this type of ecoterrorism doesn’t enjoy huge popularity. The picture at the top shows a small dedicated group of hardcore bolshevik types. Don’t worry, any fake news media narrative reporting will report inflated numbers of protestors.
To add to the hypocrisy described in other comments here at least one of the liberal extremist heiresses supporting this ecoterrorism, their wealth was made in the petroleum business. But, they’re just funding it, not participating in the actual ecoterrorism activities. In a way kind of like Soros – issuing the checks and the marching orders and watching it unfold on tv from comfy chairs in their oversized air-conditioned mansions.

Another thing that needs to happen is to change the rules about funding NGO’s. Many leftist NGO’s receive money from governments.
Kynarion Hellenis says
Yes. It is a good start. But now the fight is existential.
From Postcards from Barsoom:
“To this end, distasteful as it may seem, the liberal’s face must be pressed down into her own steaming pile of excrement. She must be made to taste it, and gag, and swallow nonetheless. She must be made to weep burning tears. She must be traumatized, and made to understand that this is what she did, that these are the rules of engagement that she established, that these are the consequences of loss in this awful game that she has forced all of us to play. She needs to beg for the game to end, for the rules to change.”
The entire article is very Greenfield-esque. It is about open warfare in our country and what we must now do to the Left without hesitation. No more Mister Niceguy. The entire piece is here. It is very good:
