White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre condemned journalists whom she called “right-wing critics” of President Biden for allegedly manipulating recent videos in order to depict the president as frail and confused. Ms. Jean-Pierre labeled as “cheap fakes” the video clips of President Biden frozen like a statue at a recent Juneteenth celebration and of Barack Obama grabbing President Biden’s hand to escort him off the stage following a Hollywood fundraiser. Ms. Jean-Pierre used the same derogatory words to describe another video clip showing Italian Prime Minister Giorgio Meloni leading President Biden back to join the other world leaders standing together at the G-7 summit. Biden had wandered off by himself to talk with paratroopers who had just completed a demonstration. He seemed unaware that the other world leaders were waiting for him.

The video clips are genuine. They were not altered.

President Biden and his supporters are trying to deny the undeniable in a lame attempt to fool the voters. But the American people know the truth. They know what they see and hear nearly every day with their own eyes and ears – a feeble, cognitively impaired elderly man who is unfit to remain the leader of the United States and the free world. The recent video clips simply provide further confirmation that it is past time for Joe Biden to leave the public stage for good.

The Biden Department of Justice is running interference for President Biden concerning doubts about his mental state that Special Counsel Robert Hur raised in his report on the president’s mishandling of classified documents. Mr. Hur decided not to charge President Biden, partly because  the special counsel thought that a jury would view Mr. Biden in a favorable light as “a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.” The Justice Department has defied subpoenas from two House committees that demanded an unaltered audiotape of Biden’s interview with Special Counsel Hur, resulting in a vote by the House to hold Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt.

“The Committees need the audio tapes to verify the accuracy of the written transcripts given this White House has been known to heavily edit the President’s statements,” House Speaker Mike Johnson said. “This is a simple matter — we have the transcript, and we need the audio.”

The last thing the Biden administration and the Biden campaign want the public to hear for themselves is a confused and forgetful Joe Biden rambling on for hours.

It is sheer fakery to portray Joe Biden as a vigorous, alert man who is in command of leading the country through perilous times. So is the image that Biden tries to present of himself to the American people as an honest man concerned about preserving American democracy and looking out for the nation’s working class. Here are examples that disprove this fake image:

•   1. Joe Biden is not honest. He presides over the Biden family business syndicate that trades access to him for millions of dollars, while persistently denying his involvement.

To keep the truth from coming out before the 2020 election, presidential candidate Biden sought to discredit the New York Post’s scoop regarding his son Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop that revealed some of the Biden family’s nefarious business dealings. Candidate Biden claimed that the New York Post article was Russian disinformation, citing a letter signed by fifty-one ex-intelligence officials enlisted by the Biden campaign to create and disseminate that false talking point. Joe Biden also lied that he has had nothing to do with his son Hunter’s and his brother Jim’s foreign business dealings that were built around selling access to the “big “guy.”

• Joe Biden is also dishonest about his disastrous record as president. For example, President Biden has lied repeatedly about the border crisis that he created with his open border and catch-and-release policies.

President Biden and his Homeland Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas have insisted that the border was secure while well over eight million illegal immigrants were pouring into the country under President Biden’s watch. Many of these illegal immigrants were released and free to roam the United States, including suspected terrorists and violent criminals. When it became clear that the immigration issue was hurting President Biden politically, the president issued an executive order that purports to place a daily average ceiling of 2500 illegal immigrants claiming asylum who are allowed into the U.S. This executive order is a fake “solution” to the border crisis. It is full of loopholes and is not being enforced. About 42,000 illegal immigrants crossed the border from Mexico since the phony executive order took effect on June 5^th, most of whom have been released into the U.S. awaiting their asylum hearings.

Making matters worse, President Biden issued a subsequent executive order granting mass amnesty to about 550,000 illegal immigrants living in the U.S. while married to American citizens.

Out of one side of his mouth, the president declared that “every nation must secure its borders.” Out of the other side of his mouth, the president created another incentive for many more migrants to travel to and enter the U.S. illegally by announcing his new mass amnesty program. Even CBS News described it as “one of the largest immigration relief programs in recent history.”

President Biden has also lied repeatedly about his economic record as compared to his predecessor’s record. For example, Biden has claimed that his economic policies have brought the inflation rate down from what he said was the 9 percent annual rate that he supposedly inherited from former President Donald Trump. The truth is that when Joe Biden took office in January 2021, the U.S. annual rate of inflation was a much lower 1.4 percent. It reached the 9 percent level about a year and a half into Mr. Biden’s term.

•   2. President Biden is neither a champion of democracy nor a champion of working people, contrary to his fake self-image.

In fact, Mr. Biden is the real authoritarian, not former President Trump. For example, the Biden Department of Justice has weaponized the justice system against Mr. Trump in an obvious attempt to interfere with this year’s election. By contrast, Mr. Trump, when he was president, declined to prosecute his political opponent Hillary Clinton for her mishandling of classified information and obstructing justice. He made this decision as a gesture to unify the country after the contentious 2016 presidential campaign.

The Biden administration has also used authoritarian tactics of harassment and intimidation against pro-life advocates peacefully protesting at abortion clinics, parents attending school board meetings to protest woke indoctrination of their children, and traditional Catholics attending church.

The Biden administration’s effort to suppress what it calls “misinformation” is a direct assault on free speech. The administration’s mandates that over-regulate the type of vehicles Americans can drive and the type of appliances Americans can use in the home are a direct assault on Americans’ economic freedom as consumers.

President Biden has also abused his executive powers by unilaterally continuing to forgive billions of dollars of student debt. He is doing so by fiat without congressional authorization and in defiance of a Supreme Court decision that struck down Biden’s previous student debt forgiveness program on the grounds that he overstepped his authority.

President Biden claims he is a friend of the working class. But his open border and extreme green energy policies tell a vastly different story. An open border means cheap labor that is driving down wages for American workers or causing them to lose their jobs altogether. The Biden administration’s electric vehicle mandates will mean the loss of thousands of good-paying jobs for American workers. China has a stranglehold on the electric vehicle supply chain while the Biden administration’s expenditure of $7.5 billion to install charging stations has resulted in only eight stations put in place over a greater than two-year period.

Lost jobs for American workers. Dependence on America’s number one adversary for vital electric vehicle and battery components. A waste of $7.5 billion to install eight charging stations. This is about all that President Biden, the faux champion of the working class, can show for his economy-wrecking Green New Deal policies.

In sum, the Biden apologists who accuse President Biden’s critics of engaging in the dissemination of “cheap fakes” are the actual fakes trying to protect the emperor with no clothes. The biggest fake of all is Joe Biden himself, the frail, cognitively challenged man who is pretending to be someone he is not so that he can hold onto presidential power he is no longer fit to exercise.
