The Palestinian “resistance” (from the River to the Sea) has been exported globally. It spring-boarded from October 7, drawing in multitudes of followers and leading them to believe that they are part of a social justice movement. They don’t realize that they are being played for fools by a movement that is rooted in Islam’s 1,400-year history. The latest example of this is an incident in Oakville, Ontario’s largest town near Toronto: “HDSB investigates after ‘harmful’ language directed at student wearing keffiyeh,” CHCH, April 29, 2024:
An educator at an Oakville high school was caught on video telling a student that his keffiyeh reminds her of a terrorist.
The staff member has since been removed from the school and is facing an investigation for what the school is calling “discriminatory anti-Palestinian racist language.”
The warning by the teacher at Iroquois Ridge High School in Oakville is a valid one. The school however is calling her warning “discriminatory anti-Palestinian racist language.”
The teacher’s suspension is ridiculous on its face. Reuters reported the truth about the keffiyeh back in December:
It has become an emblem of solidarity with the Palestinian cause as war rages between Israel and Hamas militants in Gaza. It has also become a problem for those wearing it.
Supporters of Israel see the chequered scarf as a provocation and a sign of backing for what they see as terrorism.
Thousands of people have worn keffiyehs in huge protests in Britain and elsewhere in support of the Palestinians and calling for a ceasefire in the conflict.
The National Post stated: “Wearing the keffiyeh honours Yasser Arafat’s legacy of terrorism” .
Yasser Arafat popularized the keffiyeh as a revolutionary symbol in his “resistance” movement against Israel’s existence. Arafat was the leader of the Palestinian Liberation Organization, which was formed for the purpose of obliterating Israel, as is stated in the Palestinian National Charter.
Many remain ignorant to what the historic Palestinian “resistance” is really about. Woke simpletons view it as an another social justice movement opposed to “oppression” and “colonialism,” so they parrot victimology propaganda without knowledge of history or the core tenets of Sharia, which is committed to global expansion and conquest. They also know nothing of Israel’s rightful claim to sovereignty.
At a United Nations Islamic Summit in 2005, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation addressed this topic: “The question of Palestine as the central cause of the Muslim Ummah.” The final communique declared:
The ending of the Israeli occupation of the Arab and Palestinian territories occupied since 1967, including East Jerusalem, the Syrian Golan and the remaining occupied Lebanese territories in compliance with Security Council Resolution 425, constitutes a vital request for the entire Muslim Ummah.
This question should unify the Muslim position regarding the comprehensive settlement of the question of Palestine in accordance with the United Nations resolutions, the Arab Peace Initiative and the Roadmap.
Efforts should be made to regain the city of Al-Quds, safeguard its Islamic and historical character, preserve and protect
Al-Aqsa Mosque and other sacred sites, counter the judaization of the Holy City, support the Palestinian institutions in the city, and establish Al-Aqsa University in the city of Al-Quds.
Islam conquered the Middle East but failed to conquer the single, tiny Jewish nation. Should Israel be forced to return to the pre-1967 borders, it will be strategically easy to obliterate, hence the term “Auschwitz borders.”
Iran, the Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas, the Palestinians (as stated in the Palestinian National Charter) and all entities hostile to Israel have one ultimate goal: to obliterate Israel. The Palestinians call it a “resistance,” meaning that they resist Israel’s very existence. This is an easy word to peddle to the naive, as they can fill in the blank about what the word “resistance” really means with their own assumptions. Yet killing Jews is handsomely rewarded in the Palestinian Authority’s pay-for-slay program to “martyrs” and their families.
The keffiyeh was banned in the Ontario legislature; House Speaker Ted Arnott stood firmly stood by the ruling that keffiyehs “are being worn to make a political statement,” even after the Ontario premier requested a reversal of the ban.
Despite the savagery of October 7 and the subsequent explosion in popularity of the keffiyehs, it raises eyebrows that Iroquois Ridge High School in Oakville has suspended a teacher for telling a student to be careful about wearing it because “it reminds her of Hamas, which has been deemed a terrorist organization in Canada.” The teacher was stating the obvious, and this was filmed and publicized in order to stir up rage and incite further chaos.
The jihadist offensive isn’t only against Israel; it’s a global movement, as Hamas has stated. The West is facing a serious jihad threat. That threat is in its early stages, but it is the same threat that Israel has been battling since its founding, which went to new level on October 7.
Pro-Hamas lobbyists are pushing revolution, Jew-hatred, intimidation and violence in Canada, the United States and in the EU. Many of their supporting woke activists have no clue what they are blindly following.
It is Iroquois Ridge High School that needs scrutiny and investigation by the Halton District School Board, not the teacher. Let’s hope that the district board defends her.

The scourge of the “Red-Green Alliance” between Islamism (Islamofascists) and the Radical-Left has been more than a decade in the making across the US, Europe and Anglo-sphere more broadly. Anti-Jewish social media propaganda from both the Radical-Left and Islamofascists’ has added fuel to the fire enabling the mobilization and parroting of “anti-zionist” protest events globally.
The admission of thousands of Muslim “students” into western Academia has also exacerbated the anti-Jew animosity in these institutions amongst the “social justice warriors” on campuses.
The pussy-footing cowering reaction to these “protests” by the authorities has only emboldened the mob and will lead to ever-increasing levels of disturbance and violence.

Islamophobia? Why not? Show me why I should not live in fear of my government that says I am “taking up space” while cursing me if I breath a word against an historical terrorist group that has trampled all other nations under foot and taken away all their rights as soon as they are able…Damn right I am afraid that my government prefers these new arrivals to those of us who have been here for over 100 years, and is willing to punish us for even questioning the historical jihadi motives of Islam which would call me a Dhimmi and persecute me as soon as they gain a substantial foothold…look at the treatment of this teacher who spoke the God’s truth…that is a crime now punishable with loss of a career…this is just plain WRONG!!! We need a government that represents ALL the people justly…Islamic history speaks for itself…LOUDLY..wake up. Winston Churchill warned us about this scourge…he fought against them and warned about their love of war and enslavement of all their women and children…not to mention worldwide slavery. They do not know how to live with others as equals nor do they claim that they will ever intend to do so. Never have.

A student wearing a terrorist rag may not be a terrorist, but just may be a terrorist cheerleader or wannabe. A teacher wearing a shirt with an asterisk would surely be accused of something. Saudi Arabia complained years ago that American documents with asterisks were meant as covert Jewish stars. That was phobic. An asterisk might represent a star on the US or a state flag. Public servants have been told not to use flags on the job. I expect more paraglider designs on clothing. Those noticing without applauding can expect to be accused.

What can be expected from a country of wimps with a long history of bending over to whatever is associated with Islam.
