It was always about control, not protection
This Dr. admitted in the Video that he doesn’t know much by saying improved air quality could improve all respiratory infections by 30, 60 or even 80%. That’s a big range, 3 out of 10, to 8 out of 10. So he is basically saying, I’m less sure about this than the weather lady is sure we’ll have rain or snow tomorrow.
Anybody who took 5 seconds to think about this knew it was complete BS from the start

Some of those “outdoor” restaurants were eventually enclosed against the elements. And it was deemed OK to congregate in an “indoor” setting, as long as it was outdoors. Such were the Covid absurdities.
