There is a humane response the issue of “proportional rape” that will highlight the decency of normal peoples and underline the depravity of Islam and its laws.
If someone were to read M. A. Khan’s “Islamic Jihad, A Legacy of Forced Conversion, Imperalism and Slavery” and Ali Sina’s “Understanding Muhammad and Muslims” it should be noted that one of the main purposes of the mass abductions of Indian women was to breed the next Muslim army. Though the initial invasion of India was with 6,000 soldiers, taking over 100,000 captives gave Muslims the capacity to field much larger armies in the next generation.
A response could be to encourage women in the Muslim parts of the world to voluntarily come over to States ruled by other religions, and convert. Any decent version of the Equal Rights Amendment will grant these women the right to divorce with Triple Talaq. New husbands could subsequently be arranged to put the newcomers on a solid basis. The lack of Triple Talaq, among many other issues, could be a significant point in showing the advantages of women’s position in other cultures.
Maybe a visa program to cover the total number of casualties and abducted in the October 7th Massacre could be a starting point.
