Restoration Video: Monica Crowley Warns about the Deep State – and its War on Trump

Right. We’re all going to save our country. But I have a feeling, women are going to lead the way. And certainly, with Cicely on our side, how could we possibly go wrong? Cecily, thank you so much for that. I also want to thank the great David Horowitz, who is just an absolute hero of this Republic and he fights for this country as relentlessly as the left tries to destroy her. He’s just an absolute legend. I’m so blessed to call him her friend. I also want to thank Michael and Elisabeth for putting this event together every year, including this weekend’s extraordinary event. They really are super-heroes. So thanks to them. And I want to thank all of you for continuing to care so much about America, enough to come to New Orleans and put yourselves on the line.

I live in New York, so pray for me. All of our great cities are in collapse and we’re going to talk about that as well. But to come to this place and gather with so many fellow American patriots who love this country and know that the hour is very late is a blessing to me. And I’m so grateful for the opportunity to be here with all of you. There is so much coming at us and so much that I want to cover today. And I know you guys have been talking about a lot of different issues over the last two days as well. But I want to start by just keeping Israel, the Israeli people and U.S. military personnel in the region in our thoughts and prayers tonight and in the days and weeks ahead.

This is absolutely a battle of good versus evil. This is a spiritual war. And we are going to talk about that a little later. As many of you know, I started my career with former President Richard Nixon. I get a lot of questions about him as well as a lot of questions about the other American president with whom I’ve worked– President Donald Trump. I like to joke: like Richard Nixon and Donald Trump, man do I know how to pick them or what. Only the most controversial. All anti-establishment presidents for me.  I get a lot of questions about Trump, of course, but I get more questions about Richard Nixon. So I thought tonight that I would open with a seasonally appropriate story about Richard Nixon. Richard Nixon’s favorite holiday was not Christmas, Thanksgiving or Independence Day. It was Halloween. Okay. And I swear to God, I thought it was a joke when he told me, but he was dead serious. He was like, Monica, my favorite holiday is Halloween. And so he would every year get excited like a little kid that Halloween was coming. He had all of the candy set up. He made sure that the driveway was lit, that all the bulbs along the lot driveway were lit so that all the kids and their parents could come to the house. And he opened his house for trick or treating. Now, he himself did not dress up, okay. He did not. He always wore a suit, jacket and a tie, which is entirely appropriate because he once walked on the beach in wingtips. Okay, famous picture of Nixon on the beach in wingtips. So he always wore the jacket and tie and he got really excited. And he would show up in the house and he’d allow a group of kids and parents to assemble outside the front door. And then he would make an appearance. And so he used to invite me over in the afternoon to watch the festivities unfold. And one year I’m off to the side and I’m watching him just absolutely hold court, dispensing candy, talking to the parents, having a great time, really, in his element, and all of a sudden out of the corner of my eye, I see a man approaching him wearing a Nixon mask. I swear to God, every once in a while you’d see like a Reagan mask pop up. But I never saw a Nixon mask approach the real Nixon until that day. And I guess the guy wearing the mask thought it was funny. But I braced. I thought, no, you know, Nixon had a great sense of humor, but I was like, this might be crossing a line. I don’t know. So Nixon spies him and without missing a beat, he waves to the guy and calls him over and extends his hand. And he says to him, Mr. President, you are the best chief executive since Washington. True story. And the fake Nixon was absolutely flummoxed, had no idea what to do. And that, my friends, is clever leadership, is it not? Well, you know, every year when Elizabeth reaches out to me to come and speak, I put together a formal speech for you guys. And you can see it right here. It’s like 30 pages of Monica’s brilliance about the state of the world and the state of the country. And it’s good. It’s great. And then I come here and I see you all and I talk to you all and I throw it out the window. And I just think let me just speak from my heart about where we are in America and the world and where we’re going and what we all need to do about it. So I want to begin with last night and the night before. I live on the East River of Manhattan again, pray for me. And I can always tell when something is up in New York City because I’m so close to the river that I can hear the NYPD helicopters buzzing up and down the river. And that’s how I always know something is going on.

So the other night, I could hear the helicopters and I took to Twitter and I said, Guys, I can always tell something is going on. They’re flying tonight. And then, of course, about an hour later, I turned on the TV and I saw and I saw on social media, too, that the pro-Palestinian, pro Hamas terrorist sympathizers had taken over the Grand Central Station. And I said for that to happen in the city of New York is emblematic for where we are in this country–that event, and what we are seeing blow up all across the world and in Israel. But here in the United States and so many other places, it did not just materialize in the last year or so, it did not just materialize under Joe Biden, and did not just materialize under Barack Obama. Everything that you are seeing is the logical end to the war that we have been in, unbeknownst to most of us, except people like David Horowitz for decades. Things like this don’t just organically pop up. They take years and decades to fester, develop, be cultivated, and then you get situations like this. So, what is really important to understand about this absolutely dangerous moment that we are all in, is that this is the tipping point for the United States and the West. This is it. If you didn’t think that you were going to live to see this tipping point, well, I’ve news for you. It’s here and the hour is very late. The modern assault on the West, on the United States– the biggest of them all began in the 1930s. David Horowitz speaks on this all the time. It began in the 1930s as a KGB operation to destroy the United States. And the Russians came up with a very clever way of doing it, which is infiltration, because they realized they couldn’t defeat us from an external way, so that the best way to defeat us would have to be from within. And so they set apart themselves on this long term project to infiltrate the United States and grab control over all of the levers of American society and life. I’m talking about America because this is the country we love, but it extends to the West more broadly. So over many years, they got in. With the help of useful idiots in universities and the culture and government, they were able to take control over all of our institutions. It’s what’s known as the long march through the institutions. And so now, after over a century, over a century, they’ve been at this. We are now in this position where the country is literally hanging by a thread. All of our institutions, culture, big tech, it has all been compromised. It is deeply, deeply corrupt. And so what you’re seeing in terms of the raging anti-Semitism is a result of Israel defending itself out of this unspeakable act of terror from Hamas.

Everything that you’re seeing blowing up now is the logical endpoint of this. What we all need to understand in this room is that when you take a look at the universities, the universities have been the incubators of this. They have been steeped for decades in Marxism, in anti-Semitism, in all forms of radicalism. And so many of us thought, well, it’s contained there. And so, yeah, you may send your kid off to college and they come back a radical, but they can be deprogrammed because they’ll go out into the real world. They’ll start making money. They’ll see their taxes–50% gone out the window and reality will kick in. And while that has been the case, it’s often not enough. Now we are at a saturation point where subsequent generations have been so indoctrinated that nothing and no one can penetrate the brainwashing that they have undergone. And while we hope that with age comes wisdom, and in some cases that’s true, in many other cases it’s not true at all. These younger generations have been so deeply indoctrinated, I mean, to the point where they are excusing a terrorist massacre in the state of Israel. And when you look at polling, it shows over and over again that they think violence is okay in service of liberating the oppressed. They see the entire world as: the oppressed and the oppressor. That is how they’ve been indoctrinated.

I’ll tell you, years ago, when I was doing a radio show, it was getting close to Thanksgiving time and I had a female caller call in and she said, Monica, I’m very upset. This is maybe 15 years ago. And I said, Why? And she said, because my granddaughter who is in preschool is being taught that Thanksgiving is the first redistributionist holiday. I thought she was kidding, but she wasn’t. So whereas the Marxists who have been engaged in this global revolution for nearly a century, they originally focused on higher education, and we’ve all been focused on that. But in the meantime, they’ve gone all the way down to preschool. And so, of course, the end result is these kids are morally bankrupt because that’s what they’ve been taught with no or very little counterbalance. I have friends who are parents who are saying I can’t get through to my own children now. I can’t get through to them. They’re lost to me as their mother or as their father. So, you take that element of generations of indoctrination. You marry it to the global Marxist revolution that has been churning and churning for decades. I always say communism never dies. It just gets rebranded. And so rebranded now is: drag shows, drag queen shows for children. It’s the transgender agenda. All of that is cultural Marxism. The other day, they burned down the beautiful statue of Robert E Lee. Now we can debate the Confederacy and Robert E Lee all day long. But that is a critical part of our history. And they melted down the statue even though they said they’d give it to a museum. They melted it down and they filmed it. They filmed it, and then they put it on social media. There is a reason for that. So right now we have economic Marxism. They are imploding the economy with astronomical inflationary spending to implode the U.S. economy with an unfathomable 3 trillion plus debt. This year alone, $2 trillion annual deficit. $2 trillion. Last month we added $600 billion to the national debt, $50 billion in one day. One day. This is a deliberate act to destroy the country.

We’ve got political Marxism where the Marxists have just controlled all of our government institutions and we’ve got cultural Marxism coming at us from every direction. So that part of the equation is nearing its end. And then on top of that, you have the globalists–international institutions, like the World Economic Forum, the World Health Organization, the United Nations, and so many others that you never hear about. They’re all working hand in glove to move this world. They call it the Great Reset. Klaus Schwab has literally written books called The Great Reset. So, when people say it’s a conspiracy theory, you send them to Amazon and say, it’s right there. Go order the book and learn. Our enemies always tell us exactly who they are, what they believe, and what they intend to do. And the Western mind is so idealistic, naive and young in so many ways that we never pay attention. They tell us exactly what they’re doing. And so when you marry it to the globalists whose objective is the elimination of the nation state, what do you think the wide open border is all about? Yes, it’s about flooding the zone with 8 million illegals. And that’s a lowball estimate. 2 million got away is a lowball estimate. We’re probably looking at, I don’t know, ten, 12 million illegals since Joe Biden became president, probably more than that. So probably the overall number of illegals in the country is probably 40 or 50 million. But who knows? Nobody knows.

That wide open border, there’s a political element to it. They want to flood the zone, get these people in, get them on a path to citizenship, get them voting, and then have a permanent Democrat voting majority. But there’s something bigger and darker going on here. And that is the globalist agenda about erasing the world’s borders to try to get the world to this one world government with them atop of all of it. Of course, in Marxism, the ruling elite is called the Vanguard, and in Marxist-Leninist theory, the vanguard is the elite ruling class. It’s supposed to bring the peasants into full Communism. It’s always supposed to wither away. Well, human nature being what it is, human nature loves power, so there is no withering. They never wither away. So they envision themselves at the top of this globalist superstructure where there is no nation state and it’s written anywhere: one world government with them on top. It is enforced by a social credit score system and it’s enforced by total government surveillance. And if you think that sounds familiar, it should, because this is how the Chinese Communist Party governs China and most, if not all of these people, both in the West, the W.H.O. and U.N. and then people on the outside like Bill Gates and so many others who are trying to get us there from all angles. Most of them are on the record expressing admiration for the CCP model, that this is the path to go. So you have the globalists and the Marxists, and they’ve been working hand-in-glove for a very long time to get us to the World Economic Forum slogan. By 2030, you will own nothing and be happy. What is that? That’s global Communism. We are so close to this moment of this happening, and I’m so glad you’re all in this room because you’re all awake. You’re not woke, but you are awake to what is actually happening here. There were two radical communists–are there any other kind? radical communists named Cloward and Piven, who were Columbia University professors in the sixties, my alma mater. So proud. And they had a theory that stipulated that the United States needed to be destroyed, as all communists believe. We need to be destroyed because we are the biggest obstacle to them achieving their grand project and clout. Their view was, Look, we don’t really have time. The revolution never has time. Revolutionaries are very impatient always, and their view was the most effective way to destroy the United States, to overwhelm all of her systems, overwhelm all of her institutions, and implode the system that way. Again, what do you think the wide open border is? What do you think the trillions of dollars in inflationary spending are all about? What do you think all of the Soros ideas allowing violent criminals out after spending 5 minutes in the criminal justice system is about. What do you think all of this is about? This is about overwhelming our systems. It’s about overwhelming our institutions. And it’s about overwhelming all of us. Despair, hurting us, demoralizing us, crushing us. I think it’s very difficult for the American mind to process this basic truth because we are a very young country and we’re still very idealistic. And all of us, we, the deplorables, are good people. We’re kind people, we’re generous, We love our country.

So it’s very difficult for us to understand that the enemy is within and it’s us. I don’t mean us, I mean ‘us’ writ large. We have faced down external enemies our entire national lives from Adolf Hitler and Joseph Stalin all the way back to the origins, King George. But what’s very difficult for the American mind to process is that our fellow Americans are doing this to us, doing it to our country. Well, they live here, too. Don’t they want the Bill of Rights? don’t they? No, they don’t. And that is a very painful thing to recognize. They don’t. They have been at war for a century. They continue to be at war and they never stop. They are absolutely relentless. 24 hours a day, seven days a week for decades on end. This brings us to our contemporary political moment, because we have a presidential election year coming up next year, and they seem to come back faster. Right? Or is that just like passage of time getting older? I don’t know. But it seems like we just had a fraudulent election. And I’m very worried about next year for all of us and our personal safety and the safety of the country.

And here’s why Donald Trump came out of nowhere. And I don’t care what you think about Donald Trump. He came out of nowhere in 2015. They didn’t take him seriously until they did. And they have subsequently thrown the kitchen sink at this man to try to stop him. Why? Because, like Richard Nixon, he was an outsider, not beholden to anyone or anything and wanted to do two things: One, put America first and two: make peace.  Richard Nixon as well,  if you think about the deep state and the nefarious things that the deep state is capable of. I did a full hour with Tucker Carlson before he left Fox. It was for Tucker Carlson Today. Maybe some of you saw it. We talked about President Nixon. And one of his questions to me was: do you think the deep state removed President Nixon? And we had this long conversation about how Watergate was essentially a setup. And this is not to excuse Nixon’s bad judgment, but when the Deep state wants to go after someone who they deem as a threat, they will make sure you get limited information so you are making bad decisions. And we’re starting to get the actual truth about what went down in Watergate. And it does look increasingly like it was a deep state operation to remove Richard Nixon. Why? he wasn’t one of them and he was making peace all over the world, ending the World War in Vietnam, detente with the Soviet Union. Opening the door to China, we cannot have that. The military industrial complex, the deep state, what they recognize is that peace ain’t profitable. And so if you get a peace maker as president, they can ‘t have that either. Tucker actually brought up John F Kennedy as well and the Kennedy assassination. I said, well, I’m not steeped in that history enough to form an opinion on that.

Fast forward to Donald Trump, same thing: America first and a peace maker–for bringing the troops home, saving the tens of billions of dollars that would have gone into those pointless wars, striking peace agreements in the Middle East, the Abraham Accords, historic, historic peacemaking. They can’t have that, cannot have it. The forces we are up against are so dangerous, they will destroy, they will ruin. They will kill you. And this is what I mean about the spiritual nature of the battle that we are in. This is a spiritual war. And once you see it in those terms, you can’t unsee it. So, yes, we are in a very secular struggle now, and we’re all here to fight for our country and fight for the West and fight for Israel and fight for what’s right. But the forces arrayed against us are very dark. So I want to wrap it up by giving you a couple of things to go forward with and some hope. But first, a little more darkness, shall we? I am very worried about next year because when you think about 2020, first of all, go back to 2016; they tried to take out Donald Trump through the Russia hoax, which came from the deceased mind of Mrs. Clinton and her team.

Throughout Trump’s presidency, they pounded him into the ground with the Russia hoax to fake an impeachment, you name it. They threw the kitchen sink at this man to try to stop him. They cannot believe that he is still standing. They cannot believe it. I mean, he is the strongest person. I’m going to see him next week. He is the strongest person. I worked for Richard Nixon, who was one tough cookie, and I met Ronald Reagan and Bill Clinton like I met the American presidents. You have to be tough to get to that level and earn that office. Donald Trump is by far the strongest. I don’t know where it comes from, maybe ordained by God, the Hand of God, the spiritual nature of all of this. I don’t know. I don’t know another human being, never mind another American president, who could have withstood what Donald Trump has withstood. Not one, not one. And he’s not just still standing. He is thriving. He’s leading the Republican field that Mike Pence dropped out today. He’s a good man, but I don’t know who’s going to be next. But, you know, another one bites the dust today. He’s leading all of them by 50 points plus. And then when you’re looking at some of the recent polls against Biden, he’s either running even or he’s running ahead. That ABC News poll had everybody wanting to jump off a cliff because it showed Trump up by ten points, something like that. So when in a clean election, Donald Trump wins in a landslide. Clean election, you know, like he did in 2020, won a landslide because he is an existential threat to all of these dark forces. They have mobilized and they’ve been mobilized since 2015, and they’ve literally pulled out all the stops. So now they have to change tactics and now they’re using lawfare as a way to try to get him out of the picture.

They want him tied up in court, drain his resources, keep him distracted all into next year, and ultimately, they want the man in prison. In March of 2017, I went on with Sean Hannity and this was literally two months after Trump entered office. And I said, they’re not going to stop until this man is behind bars. And Sean kind was taken aback. And there were people talking literally about impeaching him, but nobody was talking about imprisoning him and having been someone who worked for President Nixon, I can tell you, they called Nixon an unindicted co-conspirator. Right. But they never went this far. That tells you in 40 short years how much progress the Marxist globalist deep state has advanced; so far that while they wouldn’t pull the trigger on indicting Richard Nixon and trying to try him and put him in prison, they are doing it now [to Trump]. So when you think about 2020 and everything they did to try to stop this man, they released a virus. The timing was not a coincidence. I’m sorry. It was not. They released a virus. They shut down the global economy in order to shut down the booming Trump economy. They burned down the country with Antifa and Black Lives Matter, and they rigged the election for major catastrophes that they were willing to inflict on all of us and the world in order to stop one man. That’s how powerful Donald Trump is and what he represents. But it’s so much bigger than Trump. It’s about everybody in this room. You know, when he says they’re after me because they’re after you, it is 100%, you and your guns. You and your Second Amendment are the only things that stand between us and this kind of tyranny of the Marxists and the globalists. Never give up your guns. And if you don’t have any, get some, because it’s about to hit the fan. Okay. So given what they were capable of doing in 2020, what are they capable of doing in 2024? I don’t know. I have no idea. But I have a sinking feeling it’s going to be even worse than what we saw.

We have the Middle East aflame. We have Russia, Ukraine. We have China chomping at the bit to go after Taiwan. There could be a catastrophic global conflagration. Nuclear, chemical, biological–what do you think COVID was? Chemical–do you think the fentanyl invasion is? We are already under mass destructive attack. And our leadership in Washington, forget about Joe Biden. The rest of the leadership, not up to the moment, but there is one man who is and that’s Donald Trump, one man. So in preparation for next year, I want to leave you on a hopeful note and give you some tools to think about and we can all implement. The first is to recognize what this is. It is in fact, a war. A lot of us are very comfortable and we don’t think in those terms. The other side does. So we need to– and like I said, the hour is very late–recognize that this is a war. We need to fight it now before   everything is lost. And then it’s all over. And that this is a battle worth fighting and putting yourself on the line for: your country. The second thing I want to mention is that we really have to get on top of these new election rules. And I cannot believe we’re still having this conversation two election cycles later. But the left went in and changed state by state, changed all of these rules from early voting to mass mail, in voting to ballot harvesting, ballot curing. And our side is still so far behind on all of this. A lot of states changed the rules. Some of them changed back, but not nearly enough and certainly not the critical states. Our RNC leadership is pathetic. Ronna McDaniel Forget it. We were able to bounce. McCarthy Thank God, and we’ve got someone much better in there. But we’re going to keep a close eye on Mike Johnson as well, because if he goes swamp…. You know, the swamp is all over him now, especially on Ukraine funding, which should be dead in the water, but they’re all over him. So we will watch him as well. But the RNC, that should be all over these, get out the vote efforts and all of the voting rules. They’re not Republicans and are more than happy to be in the minority. You know why? Because they feel more comfortable in the minority. You know, when the left gets in power, they exercise raw power. They will destroy you. Like I said, they will ruin you. They don’t care. They are completely amoral. Again, the spiritual nature of this battle, our side gets in and they’re so timid. We’ve got a few fighters. Louie Gohmert is here tonight when he was in Congress. Come on, Louie! such a fighter. But most of them aren’t there. They’re cowards and they hide and they talk a good game and they do nothing. We do not. We are so far past this. This is why all of the Republican presidential candidates, you know, they’re all nice people. They’re all accomplished leaders, but they’re engaged in worthless chit-chat and that they’re resurrecting all these tired, counterproductive policies and stating the obvious. No, we don’t have time for you to state the obvious or run around, meet the Press and be mealy- mouthed about what’s going on.

We don’t have time. This is one of many reasons why Donald Trump is going to be the nominee. So recognize this is a war. Get on top of the new election rules. Number three, get involved locally. And I know I talked about this last year, but it bears repeating. There is a reason why the left has long understood that change comes at the ground level. This is what community organizing is all about. Barack Obama. Hillary Clinton coming from the godfather of the left, Saul Alinsky. Alinsky said, Do not operate in the world as you wish it to be, operate in the world as it is, and then work to change it. Why do you think George Soros has spent tens of millions of dollars on mayors’ races and DA’s races because he understands this too. And by the way, there was a story today that Soros is pouring tens of millions of dollars into these pro-Palestinian pro-Hamas protests in the street. And he’s, you know, big money bags, but he’s not the only one pouring this money into this stuff. They understand that change happens in the streets. It doesn’t happen in, you know, at the Ritz-Carlton, although this group will. They understand community organizing. They understand this. They’re revolutionaries. Guys, this is what I’m trying to convey. Revolutionaries take to the streets, and that is where the change happens. So for us to counter that, we all need to be involved at the local level as well.

The great philosopher Edmund Burke talked about our little platoons. And by that he meant church, schools, communities. And he said, those are the small local entities that breed temperance and kindness and morality. And he thought America was strong because of our little platoons.  I would encourage everybody, and we have this–a lot of people running for their local school board, running for their local town council. And, of course, the left now saw that, recognized that we understood our power and sick the FBI on parents showing up to school board meetings. It is the weaponization of our government coming into full blast. We cannot be intimidated. The local level, we’re all focused on and rightfully so, but what’s happening in the Middle East or Eastern Europe and or Washington and all of that is incredibly important. But the way we make a difference as individuals, as couples and families is at the local level. That scares the crap out of the left when we mobilize locally. That’s why the FBI got sicked on parents showing up at school board meetings. So I would encourage you to get as involved as you can locally to make a real change. They hate when you show up. They’re counting on you just to stay at home and Netflix and chill. We don’t have time to Netflix and chill once in a while. Okay. Once in a while. Okay. We need to reboot ourselves. But the local activism is absolutely critical if we’re going to take this country back. And finally, getting back to the spiritual nature of this, I would say, you know, next year is going to be rough, I think. So I would just encourage you to get right with God. Make your base secure. Have situational awareness at all times, wherever you are, but really focus on your spirituality and start to see what’s happening through that wider lens. Because if God is with us, who can be against us, Right? And God is the ultimate warrior for human freedom because he gave it to us. So if he’s on our side, as we know he is, well, we’re going into battle with the ultimate warrior. And that makes me feel much, much more secure about what we’re heading into and the ultimate end of this war that we’re in. And that’s why we’re all here tonight.
