Where I live, in the suburbs/exurbs of a major city, school shooting/bomb threats are not all that rare during the school year.

This atrocity seems to be more than simple incompetence. I doubt that we will ever learn the full story.

One can point out her failings in this case, but to say she has “no law enforcement experience” is flat out wrong.
