I hate Mondays. Mondays are the armpit of the week. My son just got over some constipation and now we have to make a doctor’s appointment for him to get a note so he can go back to school. But on the upside, this entire week got him pooping on the potty for once. Let’s just hope we can keep it that way.
Then everyone will be happy and people won’t give me guff about him still wearing pull-ups. ‘Cause we’ll be done with them. And I’ll never have to wipe another poopy ass again!!

Aw, good luck with that! I hope he continues using that potty for you!
I completely agree that Mondays ARE the armpit of the week. Perfectly said.
Conga rats on potty progress! o/ My nephew is still learning and has *plenty* of accidents, so hopefully your son’s progress will go smoother than his…
I actually like Mondays, but then again people consider me a freak anyway.
Weekends in Finland are filled with ho-hum, weekdays actually offer something. My armpit day is DEFINITELY Sunday. *not*
Heres hoping the potty successes continue
stopping by from BFPR to say congrats on your blog of the month nom
I hope potty training goes well! Good luck! : ) It took my son forever too! I thought he would be going to kindergarten in pull ups! It happens when they are ready : )
Yeah, but how did you actually get him to poop on the potty.
Argh ! We’ve been dry for weeks now, but there’s that elusive #2 that we just can’t conquer.
Believe me, getting them out of diapers does not mean they will get the wiping thing. My son insisted on calling someone to wipe him until he was 5 y/o. When suddenly we realized that he hadn’t done that, we congratulated him on learning to do it himself and realized that he had been pulling up his pants without wiping and then hiding the offensive articles of clothing. Oh joy! The doctor told me that sometimes the brightest children are the latest to be weaned off of diapers…they put all their mental energy into taking in everything around them and converting it to knowledge, that they let other things go. Who knows? At least he is beyond all of that at 6 y/o.
Good luck.
